Core Advantage of Walking the Production Line: Technological Breakthrough and Scale-up Innovation

This production line is the first and only air-cooled fuel cell production line in China that realizes full process autonomy, covering the complete process of lightweight fuel cells, from CCM spraying, membrane electrode assembly, bipolar plate dispensing, electric stack assembly and activation test, and the first-phase production capacity can satisfy the mass production of 40,000 hydrogen-powered carts or 8,000 sets of hydrogen-powered drones in the first-phase production at full capacity. The second phase of production capacity will reach 40MW and is expected to be completed in 2026.

In June 2024, HydrogenAir was awarded the world's only IEC safety certificate for air-cooled hydrogen fuel cells issued by Rheinland. This production line incorporates HydrogenAir's own special technology that HydrogenAir has been cultivating in the field of air-cooled fuel cells for many years, and the entire production line is in a clean environment with constant temperature and humidity, which provides a strong guarantee of the reliability and performance of the products; at the same time, the production line has a very high degree of automation and is reserved for a later stage of production. At the same time, the production line has a very high degree of automation and reserved space for full automation transformation (i.e. smart factory), which will help Hydrogen Cell realize a higher level of automated production and intelligent management, and serve customers more efficiently.
